These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern access to clocteck.com and purchases from the ClocTeck online store. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Mandatory consumer rights in your country remain unaffected.

2. Eligibility and site use

You must be legally capable of entering into a contract in your jurisdiction. You may use the site only for lawful personal or business purchasing purposes and must not interfere with its security, operation, or other users.

3. Products and descriptions

We aim to present accurate descriptions, specifications, colors, dimensions, compatibility information, and photographs. Screen settings and natural materials can cause minor visual differences. Products described as LED Nixie clocks use RGB LED illuminated numeral structures and are not traditional gas-discharge Nixie tubes unless expressly stated otherwise.

Instructions, safety information, included accessories, and power requirements shown on the product page form part of the product information. Contact us before ordering if a specification is essential to your intended use.

4. Orders, prices, currencies, and taxes

An order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, decline, or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including stock errors, pricing errors, suspected fraud, payment failure, shipping restrictions, or legal requirements. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the amount collected.

Prices and the transaction currency are displayed before payment. Taxes, duties, and shipping charges are shown at checkout where Shopify or our providers can calculate them. Import charges not collected at checkout may be payable by the recipient.

5. Payment

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. Available card brands and methods are displayed at checkout and may vary by country, currency, device, and provider approval. We do not store complete card numbers. You authorize the payment provider to submit the transaction and any required fraud or identity checks.

6. Shipping and delivery

Processing times, available destinations, shipping prices, free-shipping thresholds, and delivery estimates are set out in our Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Please provide a complete and accurate address and contact information.

7. Returns, refunds, and cancellations

Our Returns & Refunds Policy explains the 30-day return request window, return authorization, condition requirements, shipping responsibility, refund processing, damaged items, and cancellations. Do not send a return before receiving instructions and an approved return address by email.

8. One-year limited warranty

Manufacturing defects arising during normal use are covered for one year from delivery. The warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, unauthorized modification or repair, abnormal power supply, liquid damage, or ordinary wear. This limited warranty does not replace or reduce mandatory statutory rights.

9. Intellectual property

ClocTeck names, logos, product presentation, original photographs, videos, text, graphics, manuals, website design, and original software materials are owned by their respective rights holders or licensed for use by ClocTeck. They may not be copied, republished, sold, or used to suggest endorsement without written permission, except where law permits.

HoloCubic SDK documentation, examples, and interfaces may be used only under the license or terms accompanying them. App creators retain rights in their original app content. Third-party libraries, trademarks, and content remain subject to their respective licenses and owners.

10. User content and communications

You remain responsible for reviews, messages, files, and other content you submit. You grant us only the rights reasonably necessary to receive, review, respond to, and, where you expressly choose to publish content, display it in connection with the store.

11. Third-party services and links

Shopify, payment providers, carriers, analytics providers, app services, and linked third-party sites operate under their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for third-party content or services outside our reasonable control.

12. Disclaimers and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the site is provided on an “as available” basis. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer remedies. For losses that may lawfully be limited, our liability is limited to losses that are reasonably foreseeable and directly caused by our breach.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of  UK
