The LED flame is not open fire
The flame effect normally comes from LED light and cool mist, not combustion. That removes open-flame behavior, but the device still combines water and electricity and belongs on a stable, level, moisture-resistant surface.
Give the mist a safe direction and distance
Do not aim mist directly at a wall, bedding, wood furniture, outlets, or electronics. Keep the outlet unobstructed and adjust runtime to measured room humidity so condensation does not build in one area.
Check water and shutoff before sleep
Verify water level and waterless protection, and clean the tank as instructed. Do not add fragrance oil unless the model explicitly supports it. In homes with children or pets, prevent tipping as well.
Common question
Can a flame diffuser run all night?
Only consider long operation when the manual allows it, shutoff works, and the room is not becoming too humid. A timer and hygrometer provide a more controlled routine.
